A human resources professional, Chantal has over 20 years’ experience in SMEs and major corporations across several business sectors, including telecommunications and health.
She is known for her ability to find appropriate, effective solutions, as well as her problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. She is a strong leader with an analytical mind, a calm disposition, and a keen sense of judgment—not to mention the ability to establish partnerships based on trust and respect at all levels of the organization.
Chantal fosters accountability, engagement, and a positive work environment, within the framework of human resources policies and practices determined by labour legislation, including the Act respecting labour standards.
She has a Bachelor of History from Université de Montréal and a certificate in mental health first aid.
