Nutritionist Anne-Marie Mitchell obtained her bachelor's degree in human nutrition sciences from McGill University in 2004. She has accumulated several work experiences in clinical nutrition; first in a hospital environment on care units and in an outpatient clinic, to then focus on practice in a private clinic.

She has a particular interest in nutrition in connection with the prevention and treatment of metabolic health problems and severe obesity, hence her master's-research project at the University of Montreal on the dietary profile of bariatric patients. The project entitled: Homeostatic hyperphagia and the dietary profile of morbidly obese individuals candidates for bariatric surgery, was completed in 2018.

Above all, nutritionist Anne-Marie Mitchell is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and helping patients achieve their health goals, including optimizing their fertility.
