Preparing your first visit
Begin your fertility journey at clinique ovo

Booking an appointment

You will need to make an appointment request through the website or by phone at 514.798.2000. If you make a web request, you will be added to our notification list.
You will receive an email or a phone call when there is availability for your first appointment and you will need to contact us to book it.
When you are assigned a file number, you will be able to access your patient portal. Your file number will give you access to the patient portal. This portal allows you to review documentation on your care, and gives you access to several resources, educational videos and more. It will also be where you send and receive important documents throughout your care.

Uploading your medical file

It is important that any relevant medical records containing previous tests, medical referrals or infertility treatments be sent to us via the patient portal prior to your appointment. If you do not have your medical records on hand, you will need to complete an authorization form (available in the patient portal) to permit your medical provider to send them to us.

Your first visit

If your consultation is done via Zoom, you will receive a link 3 hours before your appointment with instructions on how to log in. If your meeting is in person, you will need to arrive at clinique ovo 15 minutes prior to your appointment. It is important that all parties (patient, partner/spouse or family group) are present at the first visit.

A consultation with the nurse will also be booked to explain the list of tests to be completed, give you the test requests and answer any questions you may have.
