    Paternal History: The grandfather died at the age of 80 from prostate cancer. The grandmother died at the age of 49 from ovarian cancer. His half-brother has 

    ADHD. His father has hypertension and takes medication for it. The rest of his paternal family is healthy.

     

    Maternal History: The grandmother died at 64 from lung cancer (she was a smoker). Her mother was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma at 36 and is still in remission. Her half-sister has hypertension. An aunt died at 70 from AIDS (HIV). We have no information about the grandfather, but he is alive. The rest of the maternal family is healthy, including the mother.
