Practicing her passion for food for the past seven years, she has developed her own approach that goes beyond a simple balanced meal. She promotes intuitive re-education, the pleasure of eating and associates eating with the “how” rather than “what to eat” in order to make more informed and guilt-free choices. She will therefore promote positive experiences to guide her clients towards listening to their body rather than their thinking. One of her strengths is to identify clearly the needs of others, to guide them in their process of behavioral change and to adopt healthier, more pleasant, realistic and unrestricted living habits.
